The Lewtak workers used a lift to move large components down from the loft

The Lewtak workers brought an entire truckload of tools on site.

More  facade pipes that will need to be completely re-finished and designed

You can get an idea of the scale of these bass pedal pipes by seeing Marek in back of one! There are over 16 feet long and thick as a tree trunk. Each pipe and weigh 200 pounds. All the  facade pipes  will need to be completely re-finished and designed.

These are Bass flute pipes, all of oak wood. Each one will be cleaned, regulated and tuned. Many will need replacement tops or mouths.

The console is where the organist plays the keyboards and pedals, as well as operating all the stop controls, knobs and buttons, couplers and keys....If you are wondering - yes, many organists are also pilots! The picture to the right is the spaghetti inside the console.

The facade pipes back in the shop. Each pipe has to be individually stripped and the MANY layers of paint removed using a powerful chemical bath. We have discovered that some of these pipes are from the original organ in one of the original churches used by the parish before 1850. So these pipes are 175 years old - 50 years older than the church!
